Is this the right PA system for your event?

Our Small PA System is a compact professional package comprising two RCF NX 912-A active loudspeakers, a compact mixer, speaker stands and the necessary signal and power cables. It provides clear speech and detailed music reproduction without requiring separate amplifiers or subwoofers.

It is generally best suited to indoor parties and music events with up to approximately 60 guests. It can also cover somewhat larger audiences when used primarily for speeches or background music, although room size, acoustics, speaker positions and the required volume all affect the choice of system.

Microphones and subwoofers are not included as standard. Wired or wireless microphones, DJ monitoring, a larger mixing console and other equipment can be added to suit the event.

When should I choose a larger PA system?

The RCF loudspeakers produce balanced full-range sound by themselves, but this package does not include separate subwoofers. For a busy dance floor, bass-heavy DJ music, a larger or noisier room, or more than approximately 60 guests, one of our systems with subwoofers will normally be more appropriate.

Can I connect my own equipment?

Yes. A phone, tablet or laptop can be connected through the supplied mixer for Spotify, Apple Music or locally stored playlists. We recommend downloading important playlists beforehand, keeping the playback device connected to power and disabling notifications during the event.

Most DJ controllers and mixers can also be connected. Tell us the make and model before the booking so that we can supply the correct cables. For live performers, please send us the technical rider or input list; microphones, DI boxes, stage monitors, a larger mixer or a sound engineer may also be required.

Delivery, setup and technical support

We can deliver, position, connect and test the system, show you how to operate it and return to collect it after the event. Delivery, collection and crew charges are calculated separately according to the postcode, timings and venue access.

Once installed, the system can normally be operated without an engineer for playlists, speeches and straightforward DJ setups. We recommend an engineer for live music, multiple microphones, complex corporate events or bookings requiring continuous technical supervision.
