Our normal delivery area
Our normal working area is roughly 75 miles from Oxford. That comfortably covers Oxfordshire, much of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Gloucestershire, and parts of the surrounding counties. More distant events—including selected London jobs—can often be supported when the equipment, timings and transport plan make sense.

Our operating base is at Horspath Industrial Estate, Peterley Road, Oxford OX4 2TZ. Equipment is supplied through our delivery service.

How delivery costs are calculated
Delivery and collection charges are based on the real job rather than a town-name price list. The main factors are the journey, vehicle, equipment quantity, venue access, required arrival or collection window, and whether crew time is needed on site.

Yes, where setup is included in the quotation. We can unload, install, connect, test and provide a clear handover. Technician or engineer attendance can also be quoted separately.
Can you collect after the event?
Yes. We agree a collection window in advance. Late-night, restricted-access or time-critical collections may need additional planning and crew time.
How will my equipment reach the venue?
We deliver equipment directly to the agreed venue or booking address. Delivery, setup and return arrangements are confirmed in advance as part of your quotation.
