Radial ProD8 8-Channel Passive DI Box Hire
Keep several instrument or playback feeds together in one rack for concerts, theatre and touring productions. Send us your channel list and patch requirements so we can check the number of DI channels and cable connections needed.
Key features
- Eight independent passive DI output channels
- 1U rack format with reversible rack ears
- Transformer-isolated balanced XLR outputs
- Dual 6.35 mm inputs per channel for main and backup sources
- Per-channel thru and TRS effects-insert connections
- Ground lift and polarity reversal on each output
- No batteries or phantom power required
Connections and setup
Each channel has two summed inputs feeding one DI output; the unit has eight independent outputs, not sixteen. A stereo source uses two channels. The paired inputs suit redundant playback arrangements when the source switching or muting is managed by the playback system.
