Are you able to provide a technician to set up and dismantle the equipment?

Yes. When supplying sound equipment for events we deliver and set up – generally between 09:00 and 11:00 – and provide a handover for safe operation. Our engineers then return to dismantle and collect everything the following morning. If you need different arrangements, just let me know.

Am I eligible for a discount?

We offer both account and multi-day discounts. Please contact us for full details regarding discount eligibility and terms.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full public liability insurance, ensuring coverage for all equipment and services provided.

Can a sound engineer be provided?

Yes, we offer the option to include a professional sound engineer. Please contact us for more details.

Can I collect and return the equipment to you?

Yes, certain items are available for customer collection. Equipment can be picked up and returned to our warehouse by appointment between 10am and 11am each day.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, and the Cotswolds through our dedicated fleet. For smaller items, we can also arrange courier services to other parts of the UK.

Do you do deals on longer hire periods?

Yes, we provide significant discounts on longer hire periods. For example, weekly hire discounts exceed 50%. Please refer to our equipment pages for comprehensive details.

Do you set up the equipment?

Yes, our team will deliver, set up, and test all equipment at your location unless you choose to set it up yourself.

How can I pay?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major credit and debit cards via online payment, and BACS bank transfers.

How do you charge?

We charge daily rental rates with discounts available based on the length of hire. Discounted rates can go up to 40%. Please contact us to find out what rates apply to your hire.

I need an additional piece of equipment, can you help?

Is the equipment easy to use?

Yes. Upon delivery and installation, a member of our team will provide full instructions on how to use each piece of equipment and answer any questions you may have.

Is the sound equipment you provide PAT certificated?

Yes, all equipment is fully PAT certified. This includes regular testing, and each item has a current ‘Pass’ certificate. Our engineers can provide a printout of test results upon delivery if needed.

What about insurance?

While the equipment is in your possession, you are responsible for its insurance. Please make sure you have adequate cover for the duration of the hire.

What about technical support during a hire?

We are available to provide technical support throughout the event. Please contact us with any questions or issues you may have.

What if I have problems with the equipment?

During the hire period, we are available to help resolve any technical issues. Please call us, and we will do our utmost to assist, including equipment replacement if necessary.

What if I need to keep the equipment for longer than I booked?

If you need an extension on your hire period, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is a ‘Sound System Package’?

A Sound System Package includes all essential components needed to deliver high-quality sound at your event. Each package is tailored for specific applications and designed to be simple and reliable to operate.

What is a JFMG Licence?

A JFMG Licence is required under UK law for certain equipment used in programme-making, entertainment, and live events, such as wireless microphones and talk-back systems. This licence ensures compliance with the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 and covers use in events such as conferences, performances, and broadcasts.

What type of equipment do you provide?

We supply sound systems, PA equipment, and high-quality lighting. We carefully select each item to ensure reliable, top-tier performance.
