I hired Oxford Sound Hire for an event at my workplace. The equipment they used was to a high standard and easy to operate! The staff were helpful and responsive in their communication, flexible to adapt to our event needs, and transparent about pricing and planning. Absolutely amazing experience. I hired a drum kit which they delivered as requested on the day of the event. About an hour later we realised that our sound and lighting company wasn’t actually providing guitar and bass amps. In a panic I phoned up Oxford Sound Hire again and they were absolutely lovely. Tom and Alice were so helpful and reassuring, worked really quickly sending over an invoice and then delivering the amps only a couple of hours later. We called Oxford Hire in an emergency for a wedding gig, after the fuse blew on our own electric piano. Within an hour, they were able to sort us out with a good quality hire piano, ready for collection almost instantly, and for a very reasonable cost at such late notice.
